Bagan, Myanmar
The ancient, golden land of Bagan is unlike any other. Temples that have existed for over a millennia remain largely undiscovered by the West. To capture this award-winning shot, I rode a tiny bicycle to the tallest temple in the east of the park, climbed to the top all alone, and set my gaze west just as twilight was settling.
